Marg & Bein is a warm and characterful restaurant located in Fosswinckels gate, close to the university area and Grieghallen in central Bergen. The kitchen focuses on rustic, heartwarming food made with high-quality Norwegian ingredients, combining traditional flavours with a modern approach. A strong nose-to-tail philosophy runs through the menu, with dishes such as bone marrow, braised ox cheek and other carefully prepared cuts, alongside seafood and seasonal vegetables. Guests can choose individual dishes or explore a sharing menu designed for the table. With its relaxed atmosphere and carefully selected wine and drinks, Marg & Bein is well suited for lunch, dinner, date nights and social meals with friends. Marg & Bein is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 23:00, and Sunday from 16:00 to 22:00. The last table seating is two hours before closing.
