Moon Restaurant is an intimate and ambitious restaurant located in Marken in the heart of Bergen. The restaurant describes its concept as “rough dining” – combining a relaxed and informal atmosphere with carefully prepared food, precise techniques and bold flavour combinations. The menu is built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and is served as a five- or eight-course tasting experience, allowing guests to explore a creative and constantly evolving selection of dishes. With its low-key atmosphere and high culinary ambitions, Moon is well suited for date nights, celebrations, special occasions and guests looking for a distinctive dining experience in Bergen. Moon Restaurant is open Wednesday to Friday from 18:00 to 23:00. On Saturday, lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00, and the restaurant reopens for dinner from 18:00 to 23:00. Moon is closed Sunday to Tuesday.
