Nama Japanese Fusion is a modern Japanese restaurant located just steps from Bryggen in the heart of Bergen. The restaurant combines traditional Japanese techniques with a contemporary fusion approach, offering sushi, sashimi, izakaya dishes and food prepared on the robata grill. Carefully selected Norwegian ingredients are used throughout the menu, creating a distinctive combination of local produce and Japanese flavours. Guests can choose from à la carte dishes, sharing plates, tasting menus and omakase, accompanied by wine, sake and creative cocktails. With its stylish surroundings and relaxed atmosphere, Nama is well suited for lunch, dinner, date nights, celebrations and social evenings with friends. Nama is open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 22:30, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 23:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 22:00. Lunch is served daily from 11:00 to 16:00.
