Omakase by Sergey Pak is an intimate Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant located inside Skostredet Hotel & Spa in the heart of Bergen. With only ten seats, the restaurant offers a highly personal omakase experience where guests leave the choice of dishes to chef Sergey Pak. The menu combines exceptional Norwegian ingredients, particularly fresh seafood, with precise Japanese techniques, refined sushi and carefully composed multi-course servings. With its exclusive setting, close interaction with the chef and strong focus on craftsmanship and quality, Omakase is well suited for special occasions, romantic evenings and guests looking for one of Bergen’s most distinctive fine dining experiences. Omakase by Sergey Pak is open Wednesday to Saturday from 19:00 to 23:00 for the full tasting experience. The restaurant is closed Sunday to Tuesday.
