Roast Restaurant & Bar is a modern restaurant located high above Bergen at Scandic Ørnen, offering impressive views across the city. The kitchen specialises in grilled meat, fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients, with many dishes prepared over a charcoal-fired Josper grill to create a distinctive smoky flavour. The signature ROAST Board and several other dishes are designed for sharing, complemented by a carefully selected wine list, classic cocktails and house specialties from the bar. With its panoramic setting and relaxed atmosphere, Roast is well suited for dinner, date nights, business meals, celebrations and social evenings with friends. Roast Restaurant & Bar is open Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00 to 22:00. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Sunday.
